This is why we joined the Which? Trusted Traders scheme as it offers an excellent way to provide our customers with peace of mind and reassurance that our skills are up to scratch, whilst also recognising the high standards we set ourselves.

If you haven’t heard of it before, the Which? Trusted Traders scheme is run by Which? – the legendary consumer champions – and is designed to assess and endorse local tradespeople. The Which? Trusted Trader logo is a sign that a company is an excellent reputation and offers a trustworthy service, helping you choose the best person for the job.

Which? Take an in-depth look at everything from our financial health and customer satisfaction, through to our admin procedures. Members of the scheme are visited in person by a trading standards professional from the Which? Scheme, undergoing a face-to-face interview to give an overview of how a business is run. Once all the Scheme’s checks have been passed, we agree to Which?’s terms and conditions and code of conduct and because not all businesses make the grade, you’ll have the reassurance of knowing that our standards are extremely high!
