The Firsteye website, customer and accounting databases are protected by certified firewalls in order to protect your personal information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing. The database uses the latest technology with full back-ups. All personal information is kept confidential and is password protected and outgoing and incoming emails are screened for viruses.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so. If you think that any part of our process is not secure or believe there has been a breach, please contact us.
