Our reputation for providing high quality, certified electrical services and the great relationship we have with our clients is something that we’re incredibly proud of. However, here at FirstEye we have also been recognised as a Which? Trusted Trader and in case you’ve not come across the scheme before, we thought we’d explain what this means.

Which? is a well-known and very longstanding organisations which was established with the aim of championing the rights of UK consumers. Although Which? are very well known for the important work they do in testing electrical goods and financial products etc., many of our customers don’t realise that Which? test traders like us too!

Which? established their Trusted Traders scheme as a way to recognise the work of traders who have successfully passed Which?’s rigorous testing process. This process involves contacting and checking with customers, before making a thorough assessment of how each trader manages their administrative and business customers. Once Which? have carried out their initial checks followed by a face-to-face interview with the trader, before the business signs up to the Trusted Trader scheme, agreeing to the code of conduct set out by the scheme.
